Can anyone tell me how they set their studio preamps for steel? I just got one and there are so many features, I'm not sure where to start.

Thanks,
Dave

Something cool that you can do with the Mesa studio pre is to use the graphic e.q. to get your dobro sound. Start by pulling the first fader all the way down - the next all the way up - the 3rd all the way down - The 4th all the way up - the 5th all the way down. Then tweek to suit your own ear. I used it like that a lot. and you even have a switch to turn it on and off. Try it and let me know what ya think.
