Can a 110 Volt/60Hz blackbox be used in Europe 240 Volt/50Hz using a step up transformer?

Jan yes it can - but Brad can build you a 240v version, same for the Rev Pre as well.

Yeah, what Paddy said. Also, I can even make them with an optional international switch inside so you can choose either whenever you'd like.
