This was mentioned in an earlier thread but it's out now: "Hag: Concepts, Live and the Strangers".

This has all the remaining Capitol recordings that weren't on the earlier two sets: The Jimmy Rodgers and Bob Wills tributes; the "Land of Many Churches" gospel album; all three Capitol live albums and the reason I just HAD to have it: all five (mostly) instrumental Strangers albums. There's a few unreleased gems scattered around and as always with Bear Family a great book and discography. Like the last "Hag" set this one has a hardcover book with great notes by ace guitarist Deke Dickerson.

For a Roy Nichols nut like me this is the holy grail, and the guy who's singing is not too bad either!

And Norm, I've sure been enjoying listening to you a lot lately! Hope you get a free copy at least! (and a little "mailbox money" from the songwriting). Thanks for all the inspiration, musical pleasure (and friendship) over the years; hope you're well...

FWIW here's a link to the earlier thread:

I just saw Merle & co. the other night in Santa Rosa. Great show! Mr. Hamlett sounded fantastic.

Check out Roy on the live cut of "Carolyn" and James Burton on "Frankie and Johnny" (Same Train, Different Time)

One of my top ten moments was when Haggard worked the Opry. His second song was a ballad and Norm took the turnaround.
