2006 Rains D10 Valley Pecan. 8&5 with polished package and flags on all knee levers. Like new Justice case included. Emmons set-up. Like new $2800 plus shipping. I will try and put up some pictures in the next day or so.

If thats the one, that picture was made when I owned it. It is the first Valley Pecan made and it is a great guitar.

That looks like the one. Doc it came from your neck of the woods. I think there was a delivery date of 10-06 (?) from the factory. I really like the guitar and I am pretty close to keeping it. The only reason I am considering selling is I have a chance to buy another guitar that I "want" and right now I have too many here now. I think a new one built like this is over $4700 If it doesn't sell soon before I come to my senses I will pull it off the forum in a day or two.

Keep it Bill, get a Franklin too. You deserve them. They are great guitars.
Been with the same wonderful woman for 42 years. But "I've had about 20 steels in the last two years. She does QVC and I do steels. We are both deleriously happy.
I make the living, she makes it worthwhile.

Hi Jerry,
Hope you're mended now. The Rains I got from you was a great guitar also. Converted it to a Spirit model with Bill Simmons and Gary's help. Played like Honey. Sold it 2 days later. Carl Vilar has it and loves it. Wonderful wives and great steels. Can't ask for more than that.
Doc
