Hi Y'All!
I'm looking to buy a gently used Peavey Nashville 112. From everything that I've heard, the NV112 is the best bang for the buck. I'm a student of John McClung - Professor Twang and have been using a crappy 30 Watt VOX that has all kinds of hum and buzz and doesn't really sound like a psg, so I need to move up to a real pedal steel amp.
Please send me an e-mail if you've got one for sale or know where I can find one at a fair price.
I'm in the Los Angeles area so if there's somebody local, I can pick it up. Otherwise I'll be happy to pay a reasonable amount for shipping.
Thanks,
JAY |

Jay,
Call Jim Palenscar down in Oceanside, I got both my 112's from Jim and if you have never been to his shop, you owe yourself a trip to "Steel Guitar Disneyland" for sure!
When you do get one, go to www.jimeatonmusic.com and check out a Knob Guard to go with it!

You might want to give these folks a call. From what I understand, their price brand new is comparable to the used ones I've seen.

Jay, there are several for sale here on the Forum. It's most unlikely you will find a NV112 for under $350.00. They are riding a wave of popular demand and, they are worth it. |
