Can anyone tell me if the RC 2000 controller works with the Peavey Bassfex? Which Peavey products does it work with and can it be used with any non-Peavey products.
I did write to Mike Brown but have not heard back yet. I recently used it with my Tubefex but just sold that, so I may need to sell the RC 2000 also. Thanks steve t |

Steve. This unit also works with the Session 2000, (which is what it was originally designed for) and the Transtubefex and Tubefex processors. |

The RC2000 works with the Transtube Fex, Transfex Pro 212 amp, the Tubefex. It will most likely control preset selection on many other models though. |

Danyy, & Mike, Thanks to the both of you for your input. Guess I can rule out the Bassfex, but will try the RC 2000 with the Boss GX700 Preamp/Processor I have in the USA. steve t |

The RC-2000 has a input jack for external power. Peavey sells an adapter. With external power it acts like a Midi controller so it may work on non Peavey products with a 5 wire cable. It uses a special 8 wire midi cable when used with the Peavey products. The two pots are assignable |

It is my understanding that the Bassfex is the same as the Profex II, except for the different factory presets. |

I forgot that it also worked with the Session 2000. |
