Here is a nice easy up-tempo song for beginners. I have stuck strictly to the melody.

Anyone who wants an Mp3 backing track just send a PM with your email address.

Hi James,

A really helpfull idea especially for me.
I am very interested in the BT.
Could you help me with which tuning to use to play this tune with my 6 string Lap Steel?.

Thank you very much.

Best Regards,
Abel

Abel,
It is a very long time since I played Lap Steel at that time I used the E7th. Tuning, but I can tell you who is the expert in that field, Mr. Basil Hendriques who is a member of this Forum, you will find him in the first post on this thread - http://bb.steelguitarforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=127896&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=25

His Avatar shows him playing Lap Steel, this is only one string to his bow. Send him a message and tell him what you want to do. The backing track is on its way.

Thank you very much James.

I can't wait to go home and start playing.
Thank you for the suggestion about the email address,
and the risk of spam, I will remove it now.
I will also contact Basil for the lap steel.

God Bless,
Abel
