The tab on the rebel site is really close, but it's missing the unison note created by lowering the second string a whole tone (10LL) :

.______________________________|_________
.________________10LL__________|_________
.______________________________|_________
._____________10_______________|_________
._5A~5_________________10A~10__|_________
._______5B_____________________|_10~10B__
.______________________________|_________
.______________________________|_________
9. _____________________________|_________
_____________________________|_________
