| My ancestor Jasper Petersen left Denmark as a young man in the 1860s. I descend from a long line of Danes that lived primarily in Aalborg, Skanderborg with some living on the island of Fyn as well. I have longed to go back and see the places they lived. Glad to hear the PSG is alive and well in Denmark. I am not sure where my musical abilities come from, but I am sure some must come have from these Danish ancestors. If the steel was around in the 1800s, I bet one of them would have been trying to figure out how to play it. |
