How many of you have a E6th on the back neck and what are in your opinion the pro's and cons?
Some say the E6th comes closer to the E9th than the C6th does.Which one fits you better?

If you have E9th on the front neck, why would you want something "close to it" on the back neck? |

I suppose it might be easier for some E9 players to conceptualize the 6th tuning if it's in E, but personally, I really like the timbre of the notes on the ten-string C6th tuning. I play a lot of single-note stuff in the lower and mid-range because it's sonorous and soulful sounding to my ear. It just wouldn't be the same in E6. |
