I just wanted to send a big thank you to the Jackson family for being such a great and supportive team. I needed a guitar for the Friday night jam, and not only did they offer me a choice of any of the floor models (I chose a Blackjack, like my own), David changed the undercarriage to accomodate my lowering of the E's on the RKL. Jackson family friend Cope McDaniel Jr. even carried the steel back to the showroom for me after the jam. What a great weekend. Dawn was there at the jam to support me, which was really appreciated, seeing we didn't start until almost 1am.
It has been a pleasure getting to know the Jackson family, and I am always surprised at the lengths they'll go for their customers. _________________ Jackson Steel Guitars

Chris you got that so right.... Dawn, David and Harry are the best of the best. I have found if you have a problem or a question they will get you the answer ASAP and help you in every was they can. Just all round great people. PLUS they have one of the best if not the best guitar's on the market today.

It don't get any bettr than than Hary, David and Dawn. They built me a beautiful new Shot Jackson D10 with tone to the bone. It was a bit tall for me so they were kind enough to take it back to the shop and do a couple tweeks. These guys are dear life long friends and I am very happy to be associated with Jackson Steel. I did not play the Jackson on the show due to the height, could not reach the knee levers. Thats what happens when your verticaly challenged. _________________ Johnny "Dumplin" Cox
