I'm looking to buy a copy of the publication "Chord Progression Studies for the Pedal Steel Guitar" by Fred Layman. If anyone knows the whereabouts of a used copy or knows how I can get a new one please advise. Thanks for the help.

I am fairly sure that Mike Fereday got a copy from Fred himself at Scotty's convention last year.
