I have got this Album in my collection, but the steelplayers Last name is missing. His first name is Leonard.
I would also like to know if anyone could tell me what the Brand of the steelguitar he is playing.Smile

Don't know the player but the steel is a Pierce.

Yes,I know that it is a Pierce,but what I meant was-I have never seen this brand before,or later,so I wonder what it was.Was there many of them,who built them,etc.Does anyone have a Pierce steel today??
Walter,I too was thinking of Leonard T.Zinn,but I also know there was a couple of others with the name Leonard.Just wanted to get it confirmed from someone who maybe recognised him from that time.I assume it is an LP from late 50`s,early 60`s.

All I can add is that I've heard of the brand before. As I recall, there was one on ebay some time ago.

I remember seeing "Pierce Custom Steels" back in the late '60s to mid '70s. They weren't very popular. I'd guess well under 100 were made.
