In time for the Texas Steel Guitar Association Jamboree is E9 By Request, Volume 2.

Like my previously named course, this one includes songs that guys have requested I play and tab out for them to learn. I hope you like the material as much as I've heard y'all liked my previous courses.

Again, the course is geared towards the experienced beginner to intermediate level player, and the songs played at tempos slower than might be performed on a bandstand... except perhaps for the ballads, which are naturally slow. The course contains a CD with my solos, the rhythm tracks, and a 32-page tab book, like my other material. Y'all know the drill Wink

The songs included are:
From A Jack To A King Bb (Ned Miller)
Leavin' On Your Mind G (Patsy Cline)
The Waltz You Saved For Me D
Under The Double Eagle C and F
Canadian Sunset F
A Thing Called Sadness E (Ray Price)
Release Me G (Ray Price)
In The Chapel In The Moonlight A (Faron Young)
Lonesome 7-7203 C (Hawkshaw Hawkins)

The course is not up on my website yet, but if you'd like to order one, PayPal me $28.00 to herbsteiner@austin.rr.com. Or send a check in the same amount to:

Herb Steiner
6705 Hwy 290 West, suite 502
Austin TX 78735

Thanks for everything, fellow Forum brethren! Hope y'all get a lot of learning and progress for your playing out of the material. Smile

Sometimes that happens, try it again. But if you can't solve the problem, send me a check by snail mail and that'll be okay. Email me with your address and I'll mail one out to ya.

Thanks for the good response, guys... and gals. Smile

I've added a photo above, so that y'all can see what you're gonna get.

I will have these available at the TSGA Jamboree next week, as well as all my other products, and some Jim Eaton Knob-Guards for the Nashville 112 amplifier.

This happens frequently, Ernie. Winking You're probably not holding your mouth right. You've got to kinda squinch it to the left slightly to get that Emmons tone. Winking

Since you play a Sho~Bud, you might try squinching to the right.

I'll send a course out to ya, send me a check.

Hey guys, thanks for the great response! Had a good mailout yesterday, but I will have some available at the TSGA Jamboree, starting tomorrow!

Also, just a reminder that I will have some Knob-Guards for the Nashville 112 available at the TSGA Jamboree. This is a great addition to providing safety for the control panel... and therefore the main circuit board... of this popular amp.

Guys
Thanks for making the 2008 TSGA Jamboree a success for me. I sold out on a bunch of courses! Makes me feel good. Smile

My next one will be a C6 effort, I think...

Hey Brother,
Enjoyed meeting you in Dallas finally. The new course is great as are the others and Canadian Sunset is my favorite by far. I noticed the picture of yours holding your mouth just right helping with the sounds so I decided to try the same. My wife walked in carrying our pup and they both looked at me like I'd been setting at the psg a little too long. Thank you for your work and come see us...jr
