This steel sounds beautiful - it is in excellent condition. There is a little crackling when the tone pot is turned but it works as it should. As far as I can tell it is an NS model which was made from 1948 to the early 50's but if any one has any further insight I'd be very grateful.
The case is an old violin case that fits pretty good.
The matching amp seems to be all original as far as I can tell - it works but tremelo is only working intermittently. The tolex is in good shape, the grill cloth is dirty and has a couple of wear holes. There is some pitting on the chrome control panel. The amp sounds cool but would benefit from a service.

I really have no idea what the set is worth so I'm open to offers.
Thanks.

I'd be interested in the tube amp if you wouldn't mind splitting them up. Can you tell me the speaker size and tube configuration?

thanks!

Hi Brian,

The speaker is a 12", there are 2x 12ax7s, 1 Sylvania 6V6 and a Sylvania 5Y3 which looks the same as the 6V6.
I'd rather not separate them though I may if I can't sell them together.

The tremelo did come on today but then went off after a few minutes.

Thanks, Tim
