Just got in from the Bar-be-que Cookoff and Jake Hooker with the fabulous Rick Price on steel was playing right across from where I was playing. Was able to sneak out and listen. Great pickin'. Also got to hear my pal Larry Reynolds with The Texas Reflection band. I am with Greg Kent and Lonely Road. Lots of good bands and pickers this year. Jody. |

Rick is a great player and a good guy. I had the pleasure of taking a few lessons with him last November.

Mike, that would be Amber Digby's upcoming record. Rick played his '66 bolt-on on a couple of songs. what a sweet guitar. |
