Hi,

I am a (61 year old) newbie to PSG. Will see if this old dog can learn a new trick!

I have a older Carter D10 and I want to change position of one of the pull rods. The rods that pull the E's down a half step are are currently set at diffent pin positions on their respective pull bars. This means they don't sync well as they slide down the half step. Also I would like to shorten the throw on that knee lever. Is there any special tool or techniques required to remove the pull pin so I can reposition it?

Thanks.

loosen the nylon tuning nut so the rod can move, the rod hook will slide away from the pin, the pin slides in and out of the bell crank.

good luck

It is indeed a simple procedure. But I sure do like these ultra thin needlenose babies to get in there.
