Hello,

I'm new to pedal steel, I've just signed up for lessons and am looking for a solid 10 string E9 tuning Pedal steel. I considered the Carter Starter but I'm not sure if that's the way to go. Either way, I wouldn't want to pay much more than that ($1500 at the VERY max)for something in fine working order. I'm open to all offers and any advice. Thanks and take care!
