Rick, the pictures of your father, Bobby Garrett were sent to me by a fan of mine, I thank them very much but I realize how many times more they must mean to you. Bobby Garrett was a very dear friend of mine for many, many years. He was a wonderful gentelman, great player, and he left us before I could repay him many favors I owed him. Many people have drawn a parallel in Bobby's and my playing careers, Our styles,where and who we worked with,etc.,and many folks have confused us with each other over the years,(we even have similar first names),
I am honored to know you Rick and will be your friend forever,I feel Bobby left us with a great kid to make the world as happy as he did! And he sure did. We all miss Bobby Garrett but thanks to him we have a great little replacment! YOU!
