I am proud to announce that my nephew Justin Amaral will be on the Conan O'Brien show with Grammy award winner Jim Lauderdale tonight. Listed as Monday night but it's actually Tuesday morning 12:30am here on the east coast.
Justin also works with Junior Brown.

I remember well when my brother and I acquired Justin his first set of drums when he was young boy.

You can check out his bio at this link.

You can watch Justin with Jim Lauderdale on the Conan O'Brien show last night on this youtube clip. Great job. Also, James Burton was on guitar.

Justin is a super guy; must come from a great family Smile . Glad to see him playing with one of this town's best singer/songwriters.

Thanks for the You Tube link. Justin's drum work was impressive, and I likes the guitar work. Who was the guy on steel?

Thanks for the kind comments on my nephew Justin. He is a talented young man with a bright future ahead of him. I don't know who was playing steel but it would be nice if these youtube clips would post credits for the musicians playing in them.
