Floyd,
Thanks for the good words. I hope you get a lot of good servive and sounds from your guitar.
Fourteen strings was certainly a challenge to keep up with, with all that was happening on that guitar.
Good luck and God bless.

Yeah....Bowman acts like he knows what he is doing...I am not sure what he did with the extra parts he ripped off my Emmons when he "adjusted" it, but I suspect they are on that D-10 he had just gotten....HA HA....I AM JUST KIDDING....Bowman is top notch. He is one of the few people that said positive things to me when I looked into play steel. He was supportive 2 1/2 years ago and he is still supportive today....The guy is a class act and knows his business under the hood of a guitar....James

Not only is a great steel mechanic...I don't think you can find a nice person than Bobby Bowman.

I had the pleasure of meeting him down at the Tulsa show. What a super guy!!!

Bobby Bowman is a class act. I met him in person in Katy, Texas at one of the SETSA meetings held by Jody Sanders and the Phelps(hope that is the right name). I personally believe him to be a man of his word and honest as any man can be.
I have been playing at the psg for a year now and have several of the members that I ask advice from and Bobby is one. A true gentleman and Brother, plus he's got a good sense of humor. ( the preceding was not bought and paid for by Bobby)

I've know Bobby for a few years now and have had the pleasure of having him restore my 74 MSA Classic. This guitar plays and looks like a new guitar. I truly believe you will not find a better guy to deal with. He is a true friend and always willing to help in any way he can. I hope to one day learn even a portion of what he has forgot over the years. This is quite a task, as we are both getting older and he is forgetting faster and I am learning slower Very Happy

Maybe one day I'll get a chance to sit and watch him work on a guitar. He's probably "The best friend a steel guitar ever had". No telling what kind of trade secrets he's got stored over the years on guitars.
