The CD Release Party for the new Beats Walkin' CD, "Bop-a-billy Swing!" is set for tomorrow night, Saturday, March 16, at Turtle Studios, 225 Quarry Street (between 2nd and 3rd streets, and between Race and Arch Sts. in center city, Philly). We'll be playing our CD live and in person, and there's no admission fee. Come join us for drink on the house and some great swing music, starting at 8pm. Naturally, we will have copies of the new CD available for sale at the party ($15).

And here's a tidbit for those of you who really just can't make it out for the party (or who are too far away, as we know most of you are): Our new CD has just been selected by the online CD superstore, "CD Baby" to be featured on their home page (which is at www.cdbaby.com). You can go directly to the Beats Walkin' CD Baby page, where you can hear samples from the new CD and order a copy via credit card, at http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/beatswalkin .

Thanks, and we hope to see you at the party, if you're within travelin' distance!

Congratulations Jimbeaux. Great CD and a super band. Would love to attend the party but can't. On the brighter side, I'm looking forward to working with you in Dallas next Thursday evening.

And, with the usual apologies, I can't make the release gig either, Jim.... but I do look forward to hearing both you and Roy in Dallas next week!
