I was watching a Chesney rerun on CMT the other nite and the steeler had a clip on lite that appeared to have a flexable neck. Similar to those used on mixing consoles. I would like to have one of these for our low lite conditions we seem to have alot. Any idea where he got it ?

I attached one of those Littlite's to a small block of wood and attached a broom clamp to the side of it. It works fine. But, how about this?

John - My son has one of those Bil-Lite's. He clips it on the bill of his hat when he works backstage at musical and acting productions at his high-school.

The Littlite that I use was designed to be used on a mixer. I just attached it to a small block of wood, which I had painted black. I got a broom clamp from the hardware store and attached it to the side of the wood block. The light has a cord attached to it, which runs out to a "wall wart". This light also has a dimmer control, which is handy.

American Musical Supply probably has what you're looking for. A little clamp on light with a gooseneck and a halogen bulb.....around $30.00. Look in their catalog or go to their website. They are small and lightweight and can easily fit into your seat for storage. They are also pretty bright. I think they even have a little hood you can adjust to cut down on the glare.
