I'm guessing you're referring to "All in the Game"..Tommy Sands had the big hit in early '50 that my father Paul Swain arranged with an early form of "duwop" back up vocals!.Originally recorded as a waltz,then released later in 4/4(the hit version)..16m45 chords verse, 16m125525 for chorus..JS

"It's All in the Game" is a song that was a 1958 hit for Tommy Edwards. Carl Sigman composed the lyrics in 1951 to fit a wordless 1911 composition entitled "Melody in A Major," written by Charles Dawes, who would later become the Vice President of the United States under Calvin Coolidge. It is thus the only #1 pop single in history to have been cowritten by a U.S. Vice President

This is one of those cool doo-wop tunes that could easily be re-done as a medium tempo Ray Price-type shuffle.

I sure would like to get tabs on these my self
