I am taking the songs from my "Hag Bag" and "Goodie Bag" and offering them individually packaged.

I call the these the "DigiTrax" series and each package contains the Steel intrumental of the song, also the Rhythm Tracks and tablature. Here's the clincher, though. The CD has more than 40 minutes of audio instruction. It's like having an instructor sitting right beside you teaching you every little thing to do. It's the best way to learn you'll find anywhere. Each phrase is split onto it's own track, played and explained in detail. So, you learn one phrase (play it over as many times as you want) then advance to the next track on the CD and learn the next phrase. You're lookin at the tab and listening to the instruction at eh same time. Sure makes learning easy!

Right now I have two songs ready and available at the website, with more to come. The two songs are:

*I Threw Away The Rose
*High On A Hill Top"

Not sure if its the right place to post this but I want to let everyone know how pleased I am with Mike's "Steels on Wheels" material. He has a CD with him playing the songs of Gram Parsons and Chris Hillman which not only captures the spirit and feel of some of my favorite songs (Burritos, Byrds, Desert Rose band),but also pays tribute to great steelers like JayDee Maness,Lloyd Green and Sneaky Pete Kleinow.
Mike also has matching tablature book as well as a rhythm track CD.
Whereas the tab is going to require a lot of patience and practice for a beginner like me, the rhythm tracks are already very useful just jamming and playing fills behind the band! I've had hours of fun already and look forward to tackling the tabs..first just the intros breaks and fills and then on to Mike's full arrangements.
Did I mention the great service and amazingly fast shipping? I had my stuff in 2 days!!!!
Check out his stuff at

Thanks Mike!!!

Well, Thanks John. It's always good to hear that the materials are finding favor. Steels On Wheels was something I had inside me that I had to get out.

Thanks for your comments.
