Since it seems to be the antithis of a black hole
is nothing a white hole?

Is it all hole,
a whole hole,
or no hole at all?

If you could travel through space...way out there, until there is absolutely not a thing left: no atmosphere, no planets, no milky way, no black holes, no light, only darkness. Well that could be said to be nothing. But then that means that the nothing out there has to be something. The darkness is the something
In other words, nothing is a misnomer, because, really, nothing is something after all. Alien

All-pull black holes do sound better.
But, black holes that both push and pull sound best. Very Happy

Nothing is a creation of man's mind and is really not definable as the absence of something.

If one gets bored in attempting to define "nothing" trying to find the end of a circle could be entertaining. Very Happy

All within comprehension is contained in this universe.
If you stand in space and point a very strong flashlight straight out from your nose the light will hit you in back of your head in approx. 13 to 14 billion years.

If you don't believe me __ try it. Very Happy

The most on-topic posts in this thread are the ones on pages 19 and following, because, as of now, they don't exist.

(Or do they?)

Dale, 'sanitary pedestals' is a Firesign theater reference.
Some guys here know of it.

It likely meant either toilets;
where some sit and think, etc.

or

The chairs and other butt supports
that we spend to much time in lately
working at nothing.

Don I am glad nothing has meant so much to you. Smile

"What is reality?" Firesign Theater, 1960s.

(It was funny then, but you really had to be there.)
