Tony. Nice site !. Interesting Bio. Were you trying to sing and play at the same time? ( I noticed the mic. in the first photo with the beautiful black Bud ) Maybe thats the real reason you got fired !!! I dont know how anyone can do that ! Have a great holday season. Martin.

Hey Martin, thanks for the reply. YES !! Good eye !! I did sing while Steelin...I didn't play licks or solo's, mostly chord comps. I sang a few tunes solo and sang backup on several. One song which comes to mind is "Pass me By " which has some great chords and fills which don't really interfere with the singing, or at least I didn't think so ! Concerning my story, I got fired cause I couldn't play or sing ! Now that I think of it, 25 years later, not much change !

Good start Tony...looking forward to seeing the finished product....as you mentioned in your bio, a downside to a web-site is seeing the changes that life brings to each of us.

My site progresses through those changes from before I started shaving up to the reality of today... Makes you wonder where the years went! www.genejones.com
