This baby is immaculate. I did change the tuners because I was afraid the old bakelite buttons would crumble. If a forumite wins the auction, I will donate a generous ammount. Very Happy

Dom, I wished you would not have advertised it on E-bay, I would have bought it from you. Steveb.

Dom, you should get way more than $500.00, thats the first one I'v seen in 3 years on Ebay, there was one online a year ago for over $1,000, dont know if it sold, they sound fantastic, very powerfull.

Yes the pickup is amazing, powerful and much louder than any of my other guitars.

I hate to sell it but I find I can only really play one instrument at a time. I don't want to drag several steels to every gig, and have all the extra setup time, just to switch between songs.

I had to decide to standardize on one instrument, one tuning, one volume setup, one amp etc.

I often play places where I have to get in, set up, perform, pack up, and be out quickly.

On the other hand, when I do a studio session, I bring the pedal steel, Dobro, Tele, and two lap steels. I must admit the producer often chose this SUPRO 8 over the sound of my other steels!

Sincerely;
Dom Franco
