I saw an ad for Musician's Friend that says the custom '15 is being discontinued. Does this mean for blem's only, or does it include new (non-flaw) Custom 15's as well? Maybe Fender is making the Steel King their only steel guitar amp. I have a '65 re-issue Twin Reverb with 2x12's. I love it, it's my favorite steel amp even over my Webb & my N'ville 1000.

Hey Nick, They still have a new one at Guitar Center. I was lucky enough to find a used one there that looks like new. Boy, does it ever sound good. A little heavy, but worth it.

Rex, let us know how you make out with that amp in the future. I know people here on the Forum that had quality problems with them. They are a fanatastic sounding steel amp.

Rex, I saw that amp, and was on my way to get it when I found out it had sold. Glad to see another steel player is enjoying it!

I'm with Rex, I absolutley love my Custom 15 Twin.... worth the extra weight as far as I'm concerned.... hope they aren't being discontnued. And no problems for me in the 1 1/2 years I've had mine.
