I asked here about a year ago about clever ideas for cases for a lap steel. That got me to inexpensive shotgun cases from eBay which was perfect.

Anyone got any similar clever ideas for an early 50's Fender Dual-6? I already have a leg bag, so this could be just for the guitar itself. I know there are custom case builders out there, but for as little as I foresee transporting this beast, I can't justify a large cost...
