A friend of mine just bought a Seagull guitar and it came with a very light yet strong case called a "Tric"I was wondering if they would make a steel guitar case...any thoughts?

Stu,
They may never have been approached with the idea of manufacturing steel guitar cases.
If the right proposition and plan was put before them it might have a chance.
The tooling to set up for this would probably be expensive, but who knows?
It would be a nice case!

Pretty ugly case. The hard plastic doesn't look very instrument friendly either. |

Larry,I sent them an email today and I'm waiting on a reply.Kevin the only hard plastic is on the outside layer which doesn't touch the guitar.I'll try to take some pics tomorrow. The inside layer is some sort of Styrofoam surrounded by that black harder foam that can be hit with a baseball bat,That's three layers,My guess is the whole case weighs about 12 lbs. _________________ Steeltronics Z-pickup,Desert Rose S-10 4+5,Desert Rose Keyless S-10 3+5...
