Hey we all know the versatilty of Rick Alexander and just listen what he does here..unbeleiveable and to think he's doin all the vocals overdubbed and playing dobro like I've never heard before...Listen up and see how this guy can do country like country homemade biscuits..and biscuits gravy are nothin compared to this..Rick plays every instrument..Boy he sure has warmed me up in this cold weather...This is the real deal and Hotter than a Firecracker on the 4th of July.

Howard..I thought the same thing..however everything I posted about Rick's ability is my honest to goodness feeling..he is versatile and a fine musician and someday for his efforts in his teaching those who need the help that few offer to the novice steel player..he has my vote for the Steel Guitar Hall Of Fame. And that is my honest opinion..didnt mean to get in on your post Howard..I meant no harm...PS there are many who deserve to be inducted into the Hall Of Fame for their backround..Rick has many years of playing in clubs and honky tonks and yet..he has what it takes to given consideration for the honor or at least recognition for induction...Have to listen again and get turned on by that great effort of Rick's

Well, there are 2 acoustic guitar tracks, 1 dobro, 1 banjo, 1 bass, 3 backup vocal and 1 lead vocal.
Then I used a separate track for each of the 3 solos, so that's 12. |
