I had a pick tonight after being in bed for 2 days with the BUG...but wasn't coming up with nothing special so done an Auld Lang Syne for you from me to you; UK to USA..There's a little bit of double tracking in the mix...
Try again tomorrow for something better....

Bob, from one New Yorker to another; I have to agree with you on David's fabulous talent; He, too, is one of my favorite Forum Steel Guitar Pickers. I loved that version of our New Year's welcoming song, David. We certainly pray you are feeling better by now. I'm positive that any steel guitar player whom doesn't admire your playing; should take up another instrument. You are " TOPS" in our BOOK.. Happy New Year, David, to you and yours [ & your cute little doggie ] Regards, Bernie _________________ 2007 Zum S-10; 1967 Sho-Bud [ D-10 ]; 85 S-10 Sierra; 1953 Multi-Kord [ 6 String- 4 pedals ] A Sho-Bro six String Resonator Guitar; Nashville 112 Amp; hilton Vol. Pedal |

David,
Everything you do is balls-on perfect. I love that tone you're getting. What kind of amp(s) do you use?
Happy New Year to you too.

Nice one Dave, happy new year to you too. Nice slide show, including "the young" you, the cute little doggie, and shots, of The "Nashville nights and Dixie days" show. I did some of those shows for Neil Sands too, pleasant memories

Beautiful job on everything I've heard you play David. It is steel guitarists like you that inspires others to want to learn to play pedal steel guitar. |
