Bobbe, I've asked you here on the forum, and I've emailed you, and you still ain't told me how you got the fiddle tone on "A Way To Survive" with Rob Parker singing, on your Live with Bobbe Seymore and Gene O neal video. I know that's been a long time ago, I can tell you were a LOT younger then Mr. Green But I think you could tell me if ya had a mind to. It's the tone of a single fiddle. I have a fuzz tone, and I understand about thinkin fiddle, not steel on the vibrato and use of the bar etc. I've tried cuttin the highs, and uppin the reverb, and vice versa, but still can't come close to the tone you had on the video. please??

I have CD'S casettes,LP'S,of most of the big guys[some not so big],but when I want to hear some steel guitar,I pull out something by Bobbe,Most of the great players can play a tune and their arrangments are similar,Bobbe can take a tune put that Seymour touch to it and make it his own,DYKBC.

Doug, to be honest, no!
