Just recently acquired a Zum and the first string on the E9th neck raises to a G but I'd like to make it raise to a G#.

I think I know how to do it but would like some advice from some of those who are more familiar with making changes on an all-pull mechanism.

Haven't had an all-pull in quite a while.....

Thanks in advance and Merry Christmas to everyone in Forumland!!!!

Mike, it's and easy change.Just place the pull rod in the top hole of the Bellcrank.I'd go with the middle changer hole.Raise side of course. Make sure your lower return spring is tight.Apply all the tention you can get on your helper raise spring If you have one? Most Zum's came with them.If it will not pull to pitch. You will need to increase your knee lever travel a tad.Hope this helps.....bb

Yes all changes on Late Model all pull sytems are tuned with the nylon nut.Exception being split tuning on some models. But you'll need enough leverage to pull to pitch before fine tuning.Hope this makes sense. Very Happy
