does anybody know where i might find some of the charcole carpet like material that is put on the inside & outside of steel guitar cases? i want to make my case so it fits better...jim heady

James. This covering might be called Ozite. Do a websearch and see what you come up with.

James, if you don't want a large amount of Ozite you can get it at auto upholstery shops. They use it for auto trunk carpeting. If you need a larger amount such as a roll you would need to find a more economical source.

Try www.partsexpress.com they have a few different grades of the carpet used to cover speaker cabs, etc.

Also, in their auto dep't. Walmart has grey, black and tan carpet you can buy in small rolls which will cover most projects. I have used it successfully.
