My dad says it looks like Dicky Overbey or Dicky Woods or Dicky (somebody) that used to play on the old Opry Shows the same time Buddy Emmons did when he was just a young pup...

He looks a lot like Lee Knight but I don't think it's him. And what is that guitar he's playing; resemblences of a Bigsby with Sho Bud permanent changers??? Too bad you can't make anything out of the decal.
