Knee Lever Wings?

Does anyone sell knee lever wings that will slip on to a 5/8" by 3/8" lever? I like wide levers, and I don't find three quarters of an inch to be very much fun.

I can probably make these myself if I have to, but I'd rather just buy them if there is a company(s) that makes them.

Duane,Frenches used to have them,they were adjustable,may still have them.
