Was buy Burlington today and stopped by Emmons. Ron and Rebecca are doing well and so is Emmons Guitar Co. I sat down behind a new green one going out shortly and it was really a great guitar and had the classic Emmons tone. It played just great. Ron and Rebecca are doing a great job with Emmons Guitar and I wish them many more years of success with the company. Emmons always has been and is still the standard.

I cant agree more with the good wishes being expressed for Ron and the
Emmons company. He built my guitar and I am loving it more and more.
To each his own but Emmons guitars are my favourites.I was on the phone to
Ron yesterday and felt really good about the friendly expertise and assistance
he provided. So well said Billy and I wish all at Emmons every success in the future. |

Nick, that's quite the pak-a-seat there. Must be tough to play from the "full throttle" position.
My Emmons is a 1993. You'd think I'd know how to play it by now. Glad you're loving your new one. That's sharp looking. How do you like the counterforce? _________________ HagFan

IMO, from my experience, I think that Ron Jr. is going to be there as long as he wants. I bought an all pull Emmons from him in 2002, with a killer tone and this week I acquired an Emmons push pull. I had forgotten just how good an Emmons push pull sounded until I plugged this into an old Fender Twin Reverb amp. I have no intention of ever selling either one and if I may add it has been a joy dealing with Ron and his family. I just love 'em all. |
