Hey it's saturday and I want to know where you guys are playing tonite. Just drop me and b0b a post. Let everybody know where everybody will be tonite.

I'll be at the old Pleasant View Country Jamboree out on Hwy 41-A. Thats about 19 miles west of Nashville. I'm taking my Emmons LeGrande III tonight so ya'll come on out. Hope I get to do some of them good ole classic Country tunes. I just love them old Ray Price shuffles. We play tonight from 7 till 11pm. Cover charge is just $3 a head.
BTW, this was my old GIG about a year ago. I'm really looking forward to being back tonight. Nick

I was recently introduced at a Central Ohio Stel Jam and the MC asked each of for a biography. Where we've been, what we've done. I answered that I hadn't been anywhere or done anything. Trying to indicate that I'm just a weekend warrior, and all of those package shows, the traveling days, and set down days in Texas were many moons ago. The truth is I play the animal club circuit here in central Ohio. You Know; Moose, Elks, Eagles, even an occasional Odd fellows club. Boy do we fit in there. Tonight is the 4232VFW on So. High Street in Columbus. Nice room, pays good. whoooopeee!

Sliver Spur, greater downtown Ft. Pierre, SD with "Midnight Posse". No, you've never heard of them and that's POSSE, not what you may have been thinking. 9:30 to 2:30 all for a small green picture of Ben Franklin.

Well, Saturday night was last night, and I played at ANOTHER "Silver Spur" with the ..guess? SPURS Band..Gate City, Virginia which is a "suburb kind of sorta of Weber City, Va and Kingsport, Tenn.
I had a night from hell!!!!.Did you ever have one when ..everything went wrong..TOO LOUD..Hot .Humid couldn't keep in tune power addapter proke, delay wouldn't work, battery in tuner died.Lights were too bright, lights were too dim!! It was almost like trying too read brail..I also asked when we were going to play some country!! I guess I irritated the band..cause the last set was mostly country..and was SO FAST. I thought I was Bobby Black....Oh well there's always next week!!!!
