Okay folks, I'm cleaning house a little. I've had this for 18 years and never used it. I replaced the crumbled tuner buttons with new plastic ones. Tuners are original, just the buttons have been changed to protect the innocent. A few of the little brass nails that hold the fret board down are missing, but it doesn't seem to be a problem.
