Cold Cold Heart done on both E9 and C6 tunings. Part 1 is the tab for the 1st E9th verse and Parts 2 - 4 will follow shortly. I will post each part in a separate thread but the pdf file will contain all 4 parts once they are finished.

Note that the walk up on the bottom string starting midway through the second row of tab can be played a bunch of different ways. The way I show it is how I played it, but is likely the least smooth sounding. Alternatively, you can play it:

1) Manually cranking the a pedal 1/2 step to get the 2nd set of notes on the 10th string

2) Use split tuning to smoothly get all the notes

3) Move the bar up one fret and depress only the A pedal to get the 4th set of notes

Click here to see/print the Adobe .pdf tab file.

Click here to hear the solo.

Click here to hear the rhythm track.

My web site featuring over 200 mostly pdf formatted tabs with sound files.

To repeat:

Note that the walk up on the bottom string starting midway through the second row of tab can be played a bunch of different ways. The way I show it is how I played it, but is likely the least smooth sounding.

I will post a correction to the tab to show the how the whole series of notes can played more smoothly very soon
