These guitars are made in Nashville by Jerry Jones to recreate the feel and sound of the classic Danelectro/Silvertone instruments of the late 50's/early 60's. The major difference is that Jerry uses better quality parts, which takes these 'novelty instruments into 'pro' territory - these are extremely playable guitars that actually stay in tune! This is an earlier model that has the traditional 'driftwood' (rosewood) bridge and painted neck. The five way selector gets you Strat-type sounds plus the 3 regular positions. The color is called 'Copperburst' and it's my favorite Jerry offers. Some have likened the tone to somewhere between a Ricky and a Tele - I am only selling because I am a dyed-in-the-wool Tele man!
To save bandwith I've included one photo, but more are available upon request. The guitar is mint except for some light blems on the tip of the headstock.
If you bought one of these new it would go for $1200.

I am asking $550 shipped and insured with hardshell Gator case. Paypal is no problem.

Jerry Jones guitars are the real deal.. There is a REASON they cost 5 times what the cheap Korean knock offs cost.. They are actually better than the Neptune made originals with all the great sound, and none of the tuning or playability problems.. The Korean Danos look silly in comparison.... bob |
