L10K replacement Pot

Mine is scratchy. What are folks replacing these with? The stock one is a claristat. I'd like to replace it with something of a little higher quality. Any supplier recommendations?

Check with Bob Knight. He had some replacements and I haven't had any problems with the one I bought from him.
