We will be having a steel jam in Prattville, Al on November 17,2007 at the Music Hall,. 1676 S.Memorial Drive. Time will be 10am-4pm. All pickers are welcome! Anyone that wants to come and just listen may do so. To get to the music hall:
Take I-65 to the Prattville/Millbrook exit 179. Go west toward Prattville to the second stoplight and turn left onto 82W. Go to the next stoplight and turn left onto McQueen Smith Road and follow to the end. Turn left onto S.Memorial Drive (aka hiway 31S) and proceed .3 miles to two brick columns on the right. Turn right between the columns and the music hall is there.
We are also wanting new members for the ASGA.

Hey Ricky, my schedule is clear for that fun day of steel playing and seeing old friends. Looking forward to being there as I hear there are a good number of steel players and pickers planning to attend.

Hope all the Bama Gang has a great time. I'd love to come over, but my wife "booked" the day! Something about it being my birthday, just don't understand what that has to do with it!!! See you all soon.

Hey Jack...there is always room for 'da man'.

If you are staying overnight, I suggest this time you get a hotel room that doesn't lock you outside and Martha locked inside!!!! HA HA Are you sure it was the door lock that jammed or Martha just locking you out!!

Got home last night at 1130 from the Jam. We had a great time visiting and picking with our the friends there in Prattville. Thanks to Ricky and the gang for sponsoring a great get-together.. Let's do it again real soon!!!
