Hey all, I just started playing the steel guitar and now need to buy my first amp. I'm looking for something that will be good to start on and maybe eventually play out at an open mic night or something. I know the Nashville 112 is a very popular amp, but new its a little more than I can spend right now. If I could find a used 112, are they a good deal cheaper? Are the Nashville 400's or 1000's any cheaper used, and how do they compare to the 112? I have read that the 400's and 1000's are heavy, but weight is not really an issue with me for right now.
Thanks,
Jamie |

Well I got my new amp the other day from Music Center. I paid $422.21 ($399 + shipping), the amp sounds great!
Thanks again,

Mike, how can I get wheels for my NV1000. I am thinking about putting an engine and handle bars on it and just riding it to gigs. Think I might add a trailer (or saddle bags) to haul the GFI D-10! |
