Hi guys....

....I am selling my Nashville 400 to help pay for some other purchases. We all know and love this amplifier.

I purchased this amplifier through Skeeter Black in 2005. At the time I was told that the LeMay mod had already been performed on this amplifier.

At school in Boston, I had this amp serviced and modded by Bob Metzger. Bob replaced all of the molex connectors and re-soldered a couple loose connections. He also performed his "Metzger mod" on the reverb tank. This mod gives the amp a much brighter and ,in my opinion, superior reverb than the factory setup. The sound is much more like the reverb on a Fender amp.

This is an older version of the 400 with a Black Widow speaker in it. The amp has a few scuffs, but nothing that affects the sound in any way. The only known issue is that sometimes there is a loud "pop" sound when the mid control on the EQ is adjusted. The control has full range of and the sound is not compromised, but it is annoying. Again, this only happens if the control is being manually adjusted. Just my full disclosure.

The price on this amp is $300 + shipping. This amp is very heavy and I would prefer a Southern California sale, but I will ship the amp if someone wants.

Email me at glathrop@gmail.com if you have any questions. The forum messages don't seem to always get to me.

Thanks for your interest.

Graham, I had the same problem with my Vegas 400. I fixed it by turning off the amp's volume and then rotating the midrange control back and forth maybe about 20 times. I think that knocked off some dust or corrosion.

Bump for a recently serviced, excellent sounding, well-priced amplifier.
