Are we talking the Bohemian Club, the all-male hangout for the rich and powerful? Whoa!

As in the Bohemia Club. It's not the Grove, but the one downtown...on Taylor Street I believe...

Dave - the "indoor headquarters" for that whole Bohemian "gig," as it were, is in fact a private club in San Francisco.

The rumored stories of weirdness, close to where you live, and outside of Guerneville, is the Bohemian Grove.

Same outfit, you can look it up.

As far as Bohemia Club, without the "n" as corrected by John - must be a different scenario - otherwise, after his gig, and teaching us the secret handshake, John might have some good stories for us. Winking

I googled it...I didn't find one without an "n" - Taylor Street - Sounds to me John, like the real deal.

I was going to offer my Webb since I live close to the Bohemian Grove but.....

Maybe Tom Bradshaw will rent you one of his new Webbs. He's right accross the bay. Also, Larry Cragg (Neil Young's guitar tech) has a backline gear rental service in the North Bay. He a steel player and may have something.

Good suggestion on Larry (and Tom), Dave. Don't know why I couldn't think of that - I guess not enough caffeine yet...

Thanks--I'll check out Larry--Neil's main live mixer is a good friend of mine..

Still open for other options if anyone lives nearby...

Not totally sure what the gig it, other than it is pretty vintage country--Bill Purcell is on keys Smile
