I have for sale a Goldtone PBS squareneck (mahogany laminate), setup at the Beard shop, bought new from Elderly this July 2007. Mint condition: no scratches, no dings. Includes a really nice TKL 8801-TW tweed covered archtop hardshell case, also bought new from Elderly at the same time.
I replaced the endpin with a Schaller straplock (strap attachment included.) I also replaced the Beard cone with a Quarterman QC-1, gaining a bit more volume and a sweeter high end. Response is even across the strings and up the neck, really all the guitar a new player needs for a few years, but the guitar has the volume and punch to be used on stage if desired. If you prefer the sound of a Beard cone I can switch back. $575 shipped to lower 48, Paypal or USPS money order please. Thanks for looking.
Mike

A great dobro and a good price.
I own one and love it.
Bought mine directly at the Gold Tone factory in Titusville FL.

....don't know the man or the instrument, but appears to be a good value on a nice playing, sounding reso w/extras. |
