I have had the pots and (cloth) wiring changed (the old one's we're bad) and had it changed over to a standard jack (nice neat job), all else is original. It sounds good and stays in tune. The blond is checked and there are assorted dings in the finish but over all it's in good, playable shape. No cracks in the pickup cover or fret board. I found a TKL dulcimer case (new) that works beautifully with it. New strings tuned to A6th. I have about $750 into it but am asking $650 firm.....I'll cover insured shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Paypal or Postal Money Order OK.
I have detailed pictures for anyone interested. THANKS!

Hi, Mark. If the National 8-string is still available, I'll take it. As soon as you confirm that we have a deal and tell me where to send payment (MO), I'll send it out today. Please send me your e-mail address, if possible, to facilitate communication.

Thanks.

The sale is still pending Steven but there's one other buyer ahead of you in line. I'm trying to be fair about it all. I'll post the outcome here, one way or the other. Thanks for inquiring.
